Why Do I Coach?
Helping people achieve what they know is possible inspires me.
Coaching is the natural extension of my NLP
background. Through coaching, I emphasize people’s strengths
and resources and help entrepreneurs and leaders use their energy
to powerfully transform barriers. I thrive on helping people
achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Respecting Your Map Of The World
Growing up as an American in a multi-cultural mining community
in Peru, I was immersed in the richness of varied cultures.
I’ve found that speaking both English and Spanish enhances
my ability to provide more than one window into experiences.
In my work, I’ve translated the richness of those diverse,
multi-cultural experiences into respecting and working with
another person’s map of the world.
Ignite
Your Passion With No-Nonsence Solutions
As a young man in the Army, I began working as a therapist
in the field of addictions, developing profound skills in
working with people who felt overwhelmed and stuck. Years
later, with extensive clinical and NLP training, I specialized
in helping people resolve long-standing trauma issues. As
I trained other therapists around the world, extraordinary
high achievers in business and sports asked me to help them
ignite their passions and discover no-nonsense solutions.
My days as a college soccer coach cultivated an appreciation
for the power and pleasure of team building and hard work
to reach a goal.
You - Unlimited! Together we create practical day-to-day thoughts and
actions that generate what you desire. We precisely identify
and resolve limiting beliefs that are interfering with your
success, and my powerful questions and unique strategies tap
you into
you—period. As a result, you thrive with new perspective,
momentum, and appreciation
When I’m Not Coaching… I live in sunny Tucson with my
wife and business partner, Beth. I enjoy cooking Asian and Latin
American food for family and friends. Walking a multi-cultural
pack of dogs (a Labrador Retriever, a Chow-Chow, and an Alaskan
Malamute) keeps me in shape for my Over-45 Soccer League. I
have accomplished three quarters of my goal of traveling on
every major river in the world. And my annual trips to Peru
keep my sense of humor and adventure intact, rejuvenating both
my spirit and soul.
